About Bonnie

Ms. Hybner is a shark in ARDs. She takes no bull or excuses! 

 Before finding Bonnie, I was completely lost on how to even start the process of getting the help that my daughter needed. She walked me through the entire process and was there every step of the way. She ensured that my daughter got the proper evaluation and the help that she needed in the classroom. Bonnie has been a lifesaver!

  I just wanted to follow up and thank you for all of your help with [my son's] IEP! This literally would not have happened without you, your help has changed the course of his future. 

 Ms. Bonnie has made my life easier with dealing with the district to make sure they are doing what is supposed to be done. She is the best advocate I have ever had working with me for my son. She is very knowledgeable of the procedures and laws. 

 Mrs. Hybner knows her way around the ARD process. She is thorough in her review of your paperwork and sometimes tells you things you may not want to hear. For the first time, someone let me know that my child COULD have things in school that I never knew he could have. It's nice to have someone explain things to us in a way we can understand and don't just have to take the school's word for it. Mrs. Hybner has been a blessing!

Bonnie helped us understand the process and what questions to ask at the ARD table. Before, we just agreed without knowing what we were agreeing to. When problems arose, we knew we needed more help. Bonnie led us every step of the way to get an IEP in place that helps our son. Thank you!
